BOOKINGS

IF YOUR BOOKING HASN’T BEEN CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED £35 PER PERSON FOR LUNCH AND £75 PER PERSON FOR DINNER.

WE MUST BE INFORMED OF CANCELLATION BY OUR ONLINE PORTAL, EMAIL OR TELEPHONE. NO VOICE MAIL PLEASE.

WE CAN ONLY HOLD YOUR TABLE FOR 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR ALLOTTED BOOKING TIME.

YOUR TABLE ALLOCATION TIME IS 2 HOURS FOR DINNER AND 75 MINS FOR LUNCH .

DISCOUNTS.

Your discount will be invalid If you arrive 15 minutes past the booking time made for 5 to 5:30pm (for any reason) .

Booking made for 5.30pm must vacate the table before 2 hours. 

Minimum order for dinner is £75 for food and drink. No discount given if you have not spent £75 per person.

TAKEWAY DELIVERIES

The Taxi driver will call you upon arrival. You must then collect the takeaway from the driver.

We will endeavour to have the takeaway delivered to you within the allotted time frame but as our delivery vehicle of choice are not bikes or mopeds, please be aware that your takeaway could sometimes face delays.

In the past we’ve used Deliveroo riders and were inundated with complaints regarding the presentation of our dishes. At least this shouldn’t be an issue with taxis.

Minimum orders for takeaways will be  £100  inc. free delivery for any location within a 2.5 miles radius of Ikeda Restaurant.

If you live further out than 2.5 miles from Ikeda, spend over £150 and we will also deliver the takeaway for free.
