Just to let you know our head chef Takasan will be absent from the restaurant this month.
This means our menu will be somewhat limited, however everything from the sushi bar remains as normal.
The following dishes will be off the menu:
Ohitashi /Tanuki Konyaku / Mushroom Medley / All beef dishes / Kani Zosui / Salmon Teriyaki / Chicken Teriyaki

To fully enjoy the delicate flavours of Japanese cooking, we ask that you refrain from using perfume or other cosmetics with strong odour’s. You often will be sitting at the counter, right in front of the chef, and the perfume’ s scent could interfere with his sense of smell and the cuisine.
