響35年 Suntory Hibiki 35 (47%) Hibiki 35 year old (Kutani edition 2016) is a real blending jewel containing single malts and grain whiskies aged in different types of barrels such as Sherry, Bourbon and Mizunara casks the rare oak from Japan, whose ages range from 35 to 54 year old.
Only 150 bottles were produced.

山崎シェリーカスク Suntory Yamazaki, Sherry Cask 2013 (48%) Awarded World Whisky of the Year in the 2015 edition of Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible, scoring 97.5 marks out of 100. He states it is “near indescribable genius and praises its nose of exquisite boldness and finish of light, teasing spice. Aged in casks which used to hold oloroso sherry, this is a rich and fruity Japanese whisky.
山崎25年 Suntory Yamazaki 25 years old Matured in Oloroso sherry casks, this single malt from Japan’s Yamazaki distillery has been aged for a quarter of a century to produce a decadently rich whisky.

響30年 Suntory Hibiki 30 (43%) Awarded the coveted title “World’s Best Blended Whisky” at the World Whisky Awards in 2007 and 2008. A true masterpiece in the art of blending, Hibiki 30 is a remarkable mix of the finest single malt from Yamazaki and Hakushu, aged in different types of casks.
山崎18年 Suntory Yamazaki 18 (43%) Malt whisky carefully vatted mainly from whiskys aged at least 18 years in sherry casks. The result of this patient aging is a full-bodied single malt whisky, distinguished by sweet dried fruit and chocolate on the nose. It’s maturity, complexity and depth on the palate is a reminder that this whisky is nearly 2 decades old.
響21年 Suntory Hibiki 21 (43%) Possibly the most critically acclaimed of all Japanese whiskys. The nose screams rich dark sherry. There are some slight floral elements as well as maple syrup and dark chocolate. On the mouth this whisky is wonderfully smooth, but also full bodied and highly expressive.
響17年 Suntory Hibiki 17 (43%) There are sweet and crisp notes of mixed peels, raisin and custard with a little zest and plenty of oak.
響12年 Suntory Hibiki 12 (43%) This stunning whisky has been part-matured in plum liqueur casks. Lovely malt from Hakushu and Yamazaki, plus some aged grain from Chita, this terrific Japanese blend picked up the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards 2010.
